If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund on the purchase price within 30 days.

Our policy for individual orders is simple. Just send an email (info@mirthemp.com), and we will send you a refund or replacement, depending on what you prefer. The only question we want to know is how we can serve you better!

Mirth Company LLC (“Mirth”) appreciates your business and understands that unforeseen circumstances may arise. This cancellation policy outlines the terms for cancelling services offered by Mirth, including scheduled services and subscriptions.

Subscriptions: Mirth subscriptions can be cancelled at any time.

  1. You may cancel your subscription by logging into your account and clicking the Subscription Cancellation button.
  2. You may e-mail info@mirthemp.com with your cancellation request, and we will be taking care of that on your behalf.

You must cancel at least two days before the renewal date to avoid being charged for the next billing period. If your product is not shipped, you will be refunded, and your cancellation will take effect.

Subscriptions do not incur cancellation fees.
